The safety and health of our employees and customers is always a top priority. We want you to be aware of the actions our dealership is taking as the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) becomes a bigger point of discussion in our daily lives.

 

Here at Lee Ford Lincoln, we are:

·         Fully sanitizing and wiping down each vehicle on the lot and that comes in for service.

·         Per CDC recommendation our service technicians are wearing gloves when servicing a customer's vehicle, the gloves are then disposed of and hands are sanitized before moving to the next customer vehicle.

·         We are utilizing steering wheel covers, seat covers and floor mats to protect the commonly touched places in each customer vehicle.

·         Deep cleaning and sanitizing of common areas used by employees and customers is being done throughout the day.

·         Providing additional hand sanitizing stations for customers and employees.

·         Instructing employees not to come in if they feel sick or experience any symptoms.

Service Customers:

If you are in a high risk category or have concerns about being in a public area we are offering pick-up and delivery services.  We can schedule to have your vehicle picked up from your location and brought to the dealership for servicing and then delivered back to you upon completion (within a limited distance from our dealership…please call 252-291-6000 and ask to speak with a service advisor for details).

Sales Customers:

Now your vehicle purchasing process can be almost complete before you ever come into the dealership or without visiting the dealership at all!
